F.A.Q.

What’s in the box?

The emergency services will direct you to the location and provide you with the code to operate the key pad and open the door.

The box is lit and heated to make sure it is frost free and the equipment inside is checked every month and its condition reported to the ambulance service.

The defibrillator, the orange case, is on a ledge and can be easily removed. The pack in the bottom contains other pieces such as scissors and pads which will be useful and the pack should be taken with the defibrillator.

When you open the defib near the patient it will tell you what to do and will take you through the procedure step by step.

The White section on the defib opens the life saver
